Operations are governed by the Alternative Investment Funds Law 124(I)/2018 (“AIF Law”) as well as any secondary legislation issued in the form of derivatives or circulars by CySEC. Further regulation is provided by the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Law of 2013 (“AIFM Law”) and Directive 2011/61/EU(“AIFMD”). We are a limited company.
